How to Return?

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or replacement. You can request for the return, exchange, or replacement if

- Your item came broken

- Your order wasn’t as it was described on Hedgport.com

If the above conditions are not the case, and the buyer still wants to return the item then the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return


To start a return, you can contact us at hedgport@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can initiate the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
