If you have Received a broken item or an item not as described

If you have received a broken item or an item not as advertised, you should get contact with the Hedgport.com in 14 days following the delivery through email or through live chat. Please provide photos and required documents to be eligible for a return or exchange.
If your return request found eligible by our representatives, you will get a return label and you will have 7 business days to return your item.*
Once your item reaches back to us in it's original condition, you will get a full refund** or a replacement*** according to your decision.
* In some cases, Hedgport.com may not request a return of the item to give a refund or send you a replacement.
** If you have requested a refund, you refund will be made in 3 business days by Hedgport. It may take 3-5 business days to money to reach your bank account according to your bank's policy.
*** If you have requested for a replacement, hedgport.com is responsible for sending you a new product within the processing times mentioned on the product page.

If your item is not broken and looks as it is advertised in the relevant listing, you can still return the item. However, in this case, buyer is fully responsible for the cost of return.*

Exceptions / non-returnable items

What are those?
